Om Beach Om Beach : Shaped like the hindu spiritual symbol of Om, this is the most famous beach in Gokarna and has got the best waves and beach side shacks. The stay in any of this sea side shacks can be a singular experience.Apart from Om beach, Gokarna is also home to Kudle, Hall-moon and  paradise beaches which are counted among the most beautiful beaches in India.

  Gokarna : Uttara Kannda is a much sought after pilgrimage centre also, with ancient temples revered by thousands of devotees. The famous pilgrimage centre of the district, "Gokarna" literally means cow's ear and is named so because the landscape here is formed in that shape by the two rivers, the Aghanashini and the Gangavali on the either side of the town and the Arabian Sea at the west. It is renowned from the "Atmalinga" in the ancient temple of Mahabaleshwara here. Gokarna is a great centre of Sanskrit learning too.

Yana Yana : Located amongest the ever green forest of the Sahayadri mountains. Yana caves are paradise of Limestone rocks. Famous for it's unique, black crystalline limestone rocks. It is a heaven for rock climbers. The area is known for its majestic mountains, a variety of rocks formations, trikling waterfalls and a holy temple. One can also go hiking to Vibhuti falls and camp overnight there.

Mirjan Fort Mirjan Fort :  Constructed by Diwan Mirja Ismail and at present protected by Archeaology Department. It is a very unique place to watch the beautiful city and rivers from this fort.
